The CJN Hospitality Gipfel invites with the International Hotel Investment & Design Conference to the Hospitality Gipfel (Summit) for investors on 27 and 28 June 2021 in Zurich. Anett Gregorius will host the Match Serviced Apartment with GBI, ADINA, STAYERY and CR-Invest.

After a keynote speech by Anett Gregorius, owner and founder of Apartmentservice, Beat Kuhn from SV Group and Sijar Shiri from Union Investment, among others, will discuss the crisis year 2020.
At the first meeting of AK Hotelimmobilien 2021, the current situation in the various segments of the hospitality industry will be discussed together with representatives from politics, the financial sector and the hotel industry and possible ways out of the crisis will be pointed out. Anett Gregorius will speak about the serviced apartment industry. Participation is free of charge for members of the AK Hotelimmobilien. Guests without an invitation code can attend the meeting for € 250 (plus VAT).
The industry meeting of the German speaking serviced-apartment-world - organised by Anett Gregorius - will take place online this year. Because even though the segment has mastered the crisis better than the classic hotel industry, it is facing challenges that we want to analyse and discuss despite the restrictions imposed by Corona.

Under the motto "Hotel.City.Quarter" the focus will be on the opportunities and challenges of hotels as part of lively urban quarters. Within the framework of this event, a panel will be held on the topic "Working in a hotel - perspectives of coworking and coliving".
At this year's 5th Annual Congress of Real Estate Women, Anett Gregorius will speak about the development of the serviced apartment segment in Germany. After this keynote speech, the moderator Miriam Boll will discuss the benefits that serviced apartments can have as a supplement to a district development.

At the two-day conference at the Hyperion Hotel Munich on 27 and 28 May, trends and developments in the hotel industry segment will be discussed. This year, the topic of longstay will be given a special focus with a contribution on the market development of serviced apartments.
After the serviced apartments specialist group comprehensively developed the Temporary Housing Charter last year, the innovations will now also be presented at the meeting of the Hotel Real Estate working group.
Temporary housing has developed into an asset class of its own. The pipelines for the construction of student housing, micro-housing and serviced apartments are well filled, although the price-damped segment has not yet been able to meet demand. This year, therefore, the main question is: Where are the affordable apartments? These and other topics will be discussed at the 3rd Annual Congress on Temporary Housing.
The serviced apartment boom has not escaped the hotel industry either.
