For over 20 years, our consulting work has been the basis for successful projects in the serviced apartment segment and new forms of living such as co-living. Anett Gregorius is a business economist and, in addition to managing the company, she is primarily responsible for economic feasibility studies and concepts. She is also specialised in competitive analyses, concepts, marketing and sales, interim management and the new residential trend "co-living. In our project work we always focus on a maximum of professionalism and the principle of continuous improvement.
